The Greatest Communicator

God is the greatest Communicator and the greatest listener. He is the greatest at everything.

Luke 4:4: And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.

Hebrews 4:12: For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

He created our world and our universe by His words. Just three examples of the power of His Words:

Genesis 1:3: And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. 6 And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters. 9 And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so.

There is nothing more powerful than God*s Word and His other communications combined with His Word seem necessary to get through our thick skulls. He communicates with us through His Creation, through our conscience, by the Holy Spirit, our feelings, our own thoughts, the circumstances of our lives and in many other ways but none of His communications will ever contradict His Word. There is no greater communicator than God.

John 10:27: My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:

Romans 8:14: For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.

Romans 1:20: For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:

The only thing that blocks our communications with Him and His communication with us is our sin. Jesus alone forgives our sin, opens the line of communication between God and us and keeps it open.

Isaiah 59:2: But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.

John 14:6: Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

2 Corinthians 5:19: To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.

Psalms 95:7: For he is our God; and we are the people of his pasture, and the sheep of his hand. To day if ye will hear his voice, 8 Harden not your heart, as in the provocation, and as in the day of temptation in the wilderness:
